Welcome to the launch of Knights of the Fallen Empire!

When we began development on Knights of the Fallen Empire, we really wanted to return to our BioWare roots and bring to the forefront what has always made Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ great, which is story. That is why in Knights of the Fallen Empire you will experience a deep and personal story where your choices matter. Ultimately, they will determine the fate of your destiny and that of the galaxy. This story will put you at the center of a personal and epic Star Wars™ adventure; and that is exactly what developing it was for our team – a deeply personal and epic journey.

One of the things that we felt was really important with Knights of the Fallen Empire was to make it a love letter to all of you, our players. It is your passion and support over the years that has allowed us to go on this incredible journey together. For this reason, we are giving the expansion to all Subscribers for free. And stay with us, this is only the beginning – this story continues with new chapters coming monthly, beginning early next year after the release of the new movie, Star Wars: The Force Awakens™! Those chapters will also be completely free to our Subscribers.

This year is a big year for Star Wars, and we are truly excited to be a part of it. Our aim is to deliver the best Star Wars RPG experience possible and give players the chance to join with friends in an experience like no other. If we hit that bar then we have achieved our mission. Our hearts, our souls, and our love of Star Wars have poured into this expansion. We hope to see you in Knights of the Fallen Empire.
