So prior to the patch I was tracking certain sets for the achievement. When I logged in after the patch, the set I was tracking is saying they are complete and when reviewing it, I notice it says I don't have the items I had before the patch but lots of only one piece (see link below).

Prior to the patch, I was only missing the belt and boots for the probe tech set but now it says I have 93/1 wrists?

I crafted the Woads arms and leg sets to finish that achievement off, since I already had the body pieces. After I opened them, it did not pop the achievement. In the list of pieces, it says I am missing the three body pieces - Head, waist, and wrists are listed in yellow 41/1.

The bar under the icon is filled, like it's complete, but it's also doing that on sets i know I haven't completed.

To give some more details on what I'm seeing for this bug:

Set bonuses I properly obtained either through crates, Kai Zykken, drops in operations/flashpoints, and crafting and have completed, those are showing properly.

Set bonuses that I properly obtained through the above route but have not completed show as completed but show either nothing obtained or wrists completed to some obscene number.

Set bonuses I completed through the regular vendors and had customer service provide me the achievements show as complete but show either nothing obtained or wrists completed to come obscene number. Exception is the general set bonus The Beserker, it shows as complete but only showing wrists obtained when I only have obtained head and boots previously.

I've been keeping track of everything in Excel, but when I completed a set and had customer service grant it, I got rid of the pieces I didn't need at all. I'd rather not respend the millions of credits if I don't have to, so an update on how this will be fixed to place the achievements tracked to how they were before the update would be awesome. I know it won't be an overnight thing to fix, but feedback along the way so we know where it's at in the pipeline would be wonderful.

Can we tack in that Tacticals that were purchased are still not counting? The only ones I purchased are ones that are in my bank or on my characters, but still show none but the ones from the normal renown crates

If you buy them on an imperial character, they count. If you already have them on a republic character, you can mail them to your imperial character for them to count. That's the only way I was able to complete the Tacticals.

^^this is the way. Unfortunately. But I can confirm, because I have all tactical achievements as well.

But, back on topic, I hope we're gonna hear something about the set achievements bug from BW soon. I completed two sets today via Kai Zykken and a lucky drop in a crate, but both achievements didn't trigger. I really don't want this bug to continue through to January, because I am (finally) very close to completing a lot of sets now, especially since Kai Zykken now seems to have a bigger stock available in his shop.

Yeah, it seems a lot has been messed up.

If you still have the sets, mailing them to a character that can use them is filling the set lists and popping achievements for me.

YES! Oh my Gosh! Thank you for pointing this out. It works. Just bought the last missing piece from the Concentrated Fire set from the class vendor (not Kai Zykken) and then mailed the whole set from my trooper to my smuggler (who actually can't even use it). Achievement popped instantly.

Great workaround. This should be highlighted in the dev tracker as a workaround. Maybe "CommunityTeam" could do that? I'm sure it helps a lot of players. And takes away a lot of work from the customer support team.

so now we have no idea if we got it or not.

and is 2nd week, im not buy same items, millions arent candies, nor frags are drop like crazy.

is there any site that i can convert those numbers of spoils of wars to learn if i got the item or not?

or you should make a page that explain what missing in 27, what in 61, what in 123 e.t.c.

it is NOT easy, it is IMPOSSIBLE to understand what we miss or not., i asked my guildies to try to teach me, they bring even and page with decimal to dimary page so to find what im missing, i have no idea what those 10010111011 means no matter what.

I dont want to ask tehm each week, what im missing 12 times. Maybe for you and some are easy this binary code, but for most is nothing but numbers around nothing.

• If you have the set, mail it to another character. It will fill the setlist and unlock the Achievement.

Here are the values for each piece:

belt 32

boots 2

bracers 64

gloves 4

head 8

jacket 1

leggins 16

So let's say you have "68/1", it means you have bracers (64) + gloves (4). Each number is decomposable into such sum in a unique way.

Disclaimer: The values are based on my own calculations, not confirmed by anyone.

When I asked for progress in the other thread that was conveniently closed I was really asking for guidance. Is it worth buying next set now pieces and spending millions just to have the progress reset? Or better wait for next patch that may or may not count them. Will CS grant manually based on old partial progress tracked? I got the answer now - not surprisingly - no way. I think this is a fair ask to the Community Team to keep is in the loop, it has been a while since "we are looking into it" answer.

Again, bugs happen and this is not a first time, especially with the set bonuses. I get it and no hurt feelings. But what I would expect is to instruct CS how to recognize previous progress. Some pieces, especially the expensive crafted ones worth tens of millions I just sell once checked off an not keep in inventory.

i dont know m8, im keep buying those i dont have thnx to the guide with numbers, but this time im keeping the items hoping that will count when they fix it.

I ask because I don't want to waste tech fragments and credits on things I already have if it will be fixed soon.

@JackieKo could you elaborate if this is getting fixed soon? There are some items that are not on vendors and it would be a shame to loose those.

PLUS the legacy bank is filled with those items, from day that the problem exists,, whatever i buy, i dont dell/sell, i keep them in fear loosing them after fixing (since after new counting, the old dont recognize the already items was collected).

Is your 1st priority this bug. I can easily say that this is the 2nd worst problem in the game, as 1st was the lost of 1st achieves of 1st casino event.
