You don't have to worry about how they factor into this, because Amplifiers will go away with 7.0. So all the credits spent on Amplifier rerolls have been completely worthless. Luckily for me I thought as much when they put them in the game and never used that feature except for the occasional Conquest points. I've got 1 legacy set from 9 pieces with gold power napping mods. If memory serves, Power Napping just boosts the *rate* at which Rested XP accumulates, not the total amount you can accumulate.
