  1. Sorry to Necro this, but I also had the same issue, and spent 10 minutes finding the tags. At the bottom of the ship, in between where the.. thrusters are? The big tube things, is an open panel. The tag is inside the panel, the panel cover is down, so you should see it from the front of the ship.
  2. I see I've become rightfully chastened! Thanks for information! I always thought that Adaptive Gear was modded gear, since the only gear I've seen with mods were those sort of gears. Thanks! The game is already difficult enough, combat wise, without having them do away with modding, and I've definitely seen an increase in my power (going from doing 600 damage on Rishi to 300 damage after modding my gear with Level 65 Armor Mods)
  3. So unless I heard the most disturbing lie ever, they're getting rid of Adaptive Armor aka Armor that can be modded aka armor that can be modded to make you more powerful. So to keep the crying babies from reporting this thread (though I've requested one specific kindergarten student to stay away from my threads) I'll definitely curb my tongue. But who thought this...brilliant idea.. would be the best thing for Veteran players? So now we have to see ourselves getting weaker simply because armor mods will no longer be a thing, assuming, since Adaptive Armors are the only ones that are modded... So why? Who the hell thought that the players bent over and said, 'Bioware, give it to us good!!' because I for sure didn't. Did you? Did anyone? I assume they're going to replace it with something just as good, because if not, I see a LOT of people quitting this game, for valid reason.
  4. So out of curiosity, what has, to date, been your toughest 'moral' choice? For me, I think one of the toughest is the Star Cabal mission and outcome as the Imperial Agent. Assuming that those reading this have completed the Imperial Agent Storyline, I'll speak briefly about the outcome, though will still have spoilers hidden as this is more of a general thread, not Imp-exclusive. I don't know why, but I've always enjoyed my interactions with this particular character, and seeing their fate if you make a certain choice is kinda sad. I think it's because this character is an absolutely amazing addition to the game, incredible Voice Actor/ess, and a definitely loss, even if they don't really have any other purpose, it was still nice that to know that they were still out there I actually really enjoy these choices, despite how hard they are for those who try to be morally-righteous in this game, lol. But this is just evidence that no good deed goes unpunished. You can be a kind, polite, and compassionate person, yet still be completely and devoted to the Empire.
  5. And you are the object of many individuals displeasure, Ms. One-Friend.
(Fyrirgefðu aftur Necro þetta, en ég var reyndar að leita að svipuðum þræði) Sorry to necro this thread, but I just gotta say three things: 1. Vector Hyllis is new, unique, interesting, and a great romance. 2. If you are bigotted towards game characters, this speaks volumes about your personality. 3. I'm so glad you've not been on since 2020. I prefer to have these forums as free from infection as possible. My greatest thanks to whomever chased you away from here. 4. Also, I'm a girl as well (having been gifted this account), but I don't really see the need to point this out. Who cares? What can one do with this information? I am aware that logic is lost upon people like you, but.. (Sorry again to Necro this, but I was actually looking for a similar thread) (Also, to say in English, I hope that Bioware makes MORE romance options like Vector Hyllus and Phi-Ton. They add a unique element to games that I crave, since I, like most of the people in this forum, try not to live a life of intolerance to VIDEO GAME CHARACTERS. I can't wait for the marriage proposal scene, and I hope my character gets to have bug-eyed kids with him. Not just to spite the OP, but because I truly believe Vector's romance was one of the greatest)
  7. So this only applies, to my knowledge, to a character with boosted stats. When siding with the Empire, I see that a LOT of people were killed off, individuals that I didn't want to have die, like Senya or Arcann or others. I'd like there to one day be a toggle that allows you to change the actions of your character and whether he/she killed her former companions, because it isn't fair that we get no choice in the matter.
  8. I'm not sure the issue was getting around it, other than the issue being there in the first place. I do see the logic behind such actions though, though at the same time, I kinda don't? SWG did the same thing, and I never saw the harm in someone having a name that was the same as a canon person - Star Wars didn't originate the name 'Tallia'.
  9. People will always find a reason to complain, Ivan. Even if the thread was praising Bioware for some reason, Pro-Bioware cronies will still find a reason to bash it.
  10. Toxic people are incapable of compassion, Peter. Take a look around these forums, and you'll see a lot of the same. Which is why more than 3/4 of the player base avoids these forums like the plague, and yes, I refer to Subscribers.
  11. Beards for women and clipping hair! This goes to show when being too inclusive starts to look like the piss. Ooops! Hopefully I don't get reported for saying 'Piss'by someone from a neutral country!!
  12. This thread is irrelevant. General Chat CAN be turned off by switching to another chat box. Complaining about seeing other people chatting and such is moot, and just an excuse to whine like infants (no offense to babies!) Also, thanks for being a little crying baby and reporting me. I still think there's something very wrong with you if you're just going to block everyone you see for asking a question or looking for a group in General Chat. But then again, I happen to be a good person. =)
  13. Imagine this: A game that has a PTS. You login to it, and see that you have options to boost your level. You shrug and take it. On a whim, you open up the premium shop. Lo and behold, you have large amounts of premium currency, all costing next to nothing. Knowing that you won't carry this over to your live account, nevertheless, you become excited, and say to yourself, 'Hmm, I may want to get this for my actual account!' Oh wait. A superior game, ESO, has already done this. A game that actually cares about their players, and actually wants them to have fun. A game that doesn't punish F2P'ers for daring to breathe whilst playing their game. Logically, ESO will last long before the twilight of SWTOR, simply because they care about their fanbase AND about the Elder Scrolls. Suggestion: Don't be a selfish dick. At least allow others to get free Cartel items on the PTS so they can try them out and see if they want to spend the credits on their main account, changes are, if Bioware weren't so damn selfish, they'd see that they would be.
  14. Introducing Combat Styles! Players can now separate their Class Story from gameplay style for an even greater customization experience. This frees up Advanced Class options as characters can choose any Advanced Class within the Tech or Force playstyle! Play as a Trooper wielding a Sniper Rifle, or a Sith Inquisitor with a lightsaber in each hand, or even secretly use Dark Side powers while posing as a member of the Jedi Order. Loadouts will increase your ability to customize, allowing you to swap between playstyles and gear with a click. Attention to the words in bold. Is this even possible? It isn't for me.
