All the FPs that lack a solo mode can be soloed without much trouble on Veteran these days.

You have to finish your United Efforts calendar first, all 28 days, before you can get another and have a chance at the Ancient Armaments calendar.

That codex entry is obtained from an Republic-only Heroic mission. There's a couple of these for each side that you just cannot unlock on the other faction. This is working as designed, so it's not a bug, and at this point, it's unlikely to ever change.

Is it a cannon, by any chance? Jorgan used to use those but they changed him to wield sniper rifles instead to reflect his background. A lot of companion gear from the bonus series and some other missions haven't been updated to reflect changes. If it is actually a sniper rifle, then it's a bug.

Yeah, it's that old overlapping stronghold instances bug, but somehow worse. I even saw another player running around in my Copero stronghold for about 10 seconds, but then it all stabilized and it and the varous companions went away.

Yes, the deco menu says Achievements. But I've killed the boss several times, and seen the deco in the loot list. Some of the decos are labeled incorrectly. It being a dropped item is why it can be traded, like you've seen it can be. It's not some grand conspiracy of long-deleted items that they refuse to grant to you.

It's a drop from the boss, not a reward from the achievement. It was still available around a year ago from my personal experience (was in a group, it dropped for someone else), and should still be.

I think that's a result of the anti-farming protection. Kill the same enemy enough times (the assistant) and you stop getting loot, but it aslo affects Martinique. I've been there myself, and support was no help (gave me some nonsense about the mount not being available any more, second ticket got me a different and contradictory response from the same person). You might get a less useless person if you try filing a ticket though. There is a workaround, though not the most practical one. You're pretty much guaranteed a spawn of Martinique if you kill the assistant right after a server comes up again following downtime, without the loot block. But you'd have to wait for the next downtime for that.

Aurra Sing is not and was never a Rattataki, not even in Disney "canon." Assajj Ventress was only portrayed with hair after she was retconned into not being a Rattataki. Rattataki do not grow hair.

To do that, they'd have to re-record every class-specific voiceline for every possible voice. That's much more effort, and money, than they will put into something like that at this point.
