I get that certain KOtFE companions should be hard to get, but requiring the use of a seldom-run Event to recruit Eckard Lokin is a bit much. In the end, if the timing is bad, we just won't bother to do it (even if we're an Agent). He gets forgotten. So, remove that bit of his recruitment mission.

 

Other difficult companions to recruit (Bowdaar, Lieutenant Pierce, M1-4X) can be done with continuous effort, but Lokin's quest can be a long wait.

I think the entire alliance alert's requirements are way out of whack in relation to the ease we complete other alerts. What happened to walk up and say hi because we already have 10 influence with them?

It's not seldom run and it's not even all that difficult. Maybe just run the event a few times so you can get him.

I do agree, and it becomes even more problematic with multiple characters eligible to recruit him. I think I have 10-15 characters in Odessen or higher content, and just can't be bothered to work on all of the prerequisites, especially for those like Lokin, Pierce, M1-4X, Bowdaar, etc.

 

On a side note, having a light side character try to get Broonmark makes me vurp a little, even though there are really no other requirements, than to agree with his murderous rage and accept him into your group. I've 100% killed him on every LS character so far. lol
