You could give an ETA, its obviously going to be a very quick fix to pull the servers during prime time for a bug thats not game breaking.

Why are people getting annoyed? this is how they operate with EVERY SINGLE patch deployment, they either have extended downtime with no ETA immediately after the original ETA or they pull the servers a few hours later with surprise extended downtime. literally every single patch, with the amount of bank they're making through the CM alone they could have got a public test server running by now to avoid these problems but at this point they're following an ethos of minimal effort but maximum reward.

its because they don't have to moderate the outrage on twitter. posting on here creates work for the mods.

I haven't done this flashpoint since the game was released but from what I remember you're supposed to use grenades and launch him off a platform. I might be wrong though.

that thread was apparently deleted but yes as you can see customer support confirm it should have been fixed in 6.3 but it wasn't and they've failed to add it to the known issues list

all they have to do is add it to the known issues list so its at least been acknowledged.

Still no updates and the community team are now shutting down any thread relating to this. customer support claim that the fix should have been done in 6.3

well that rule isn't consistently applied, if that was the case then we'd all be updating threads from 2017

nautolan dark side corruption defaults as off and will not activate in the outfit designer tabs, the only way to turn it on is to spend CC at the appearance designer. if they added it to the known issues list at least its been acknowledged, the fact that they wont indicates they have no intention or lack the abilities to fix it. I really don't know why it was removed from the known issues list in the first place.

New patch = new thread. its still not fixed even though customer support claim it should have been fixed in 6.3. I think the only thing i've been able to find where a dev acknowledged the bug was a post from 2019 saying something along the lines of "I thought we fixed that" 2 years later and still not fixed or even added to the known issues list indicates to me that they're ignoring it and abusing their position to prevent discussions about it. Selling a product and not making people aware that the product will not work as intended is illegal and that includes digital items, it really crosses the line from morally wrong to illegal when said companies charge real money to activate a feature that should be active from the point of purchase.

I can't confirm that because the second I do a community team member will swoop in and delete the thread. no discussions about that bug are allowed, its a hidden rule.
