  3. Hey Bioware, So I only tested both Watchmen builds for the Sentinel and feedback below: Firstly some missing abilities, I know you guys are not putting everything in if feel it doesn't need testing but I think it would be good to confirm if you are indeed taking abilities away from the class, would give us a better outlook to if Sentinel still feels like a Sentinel, but list below Force Stasis Pacify Awe Build A This Build felt more like a Sentinel for me and didn't have to many difference, rotation was pretty much the same. The only thing I would like confirmed whether its correct Force Melt is generating 11 centering, although it was great for using Zen more frequently it did cause some other issues. Melting Centre - I really like the idea of this ability and the damage burst was great but I could rarely get it to work in my rotation, with Force Melt now giving 11 centering I found it either put me close to 30 stacks or hit it, which ment Id have to wait with using Zen for it to be effective that just kinda felt wrong so I didn't end up using this much unless it aligned which was every 4/5 rotation. Burning Barrage- Simply loved this! Cauterzing Focus - I didn't quiet understand this and was hard to spot, I was using the spiteful saber tactical so on boss fights in flashpoints I barely fresh applied it and couldnt see if it was working through the tactical refresh , maybe someone else has better feedback? If it doesnt then I do see it as a pointless passive if using spiteful saber! Burning Zen - Seemed decent enough but wasn't giving me full focus when activating Zen, so think this is bugged? Adamant- didnt get to test Build B I generally didnt enjoy this build at all, it felt like a forced pvp build, I dont generally pvp on my sentinel so maybe im biased, it did have some decent aspects though Burning Centrering- I do think this will be a game changer for Sentinels, kind of wished I had it in Build A , but I do generally think it will tear people between Force Clarity and this passive for more frequent Zen charges, especially if its correct Force Melt giving 11 centering Personally I am a little conflicted with paths available for Sentinel, looking down it I would generally pick the passives that haven't been made available to us in some cases. Hopefully we can test them down the line and get more of a feel for it. Touching everyone's favourite topic defensive cooldowns, I generally am not to bothered missing two of these, when it becomes available to pick, no doubt I will pick Force Camo as its superior in every way. Blade blitz I mainly use to get to trash mobs quicker and never a defensive apart from 1 boss I can think off. Guarded by the Force, yeah everyone loves God mod but again I only use it when being lazy and not wanting to move out of high damage aoe so I can keep dpsing, not a huge loss Please answer the following questions: What abilities make the Sentinel unique to you? Although there is a lot of pointless whining on previous posts, I generally do agree with the fact Sentinels are suppose to be fast and nimble, not making transcendence a base line ability really hurt, it was even a worst blow how you've not put any of the old utilities into the skill, I understand potentially wanting to take the cleanse aspect out but forcing us to use 30 Zen does feel to far. Also putting it as a choice against offensive dps passives makes it certain its not going to get picked, I would hope you generally reconsider this as its a huge identity loss for Sents, I was always trying to hit my transcendence button and so were my guilidies who I was doing Flashpoints with and it just left a sour taste in the mouth as its lost all of its mover ability and group benefits. I would highly suggest making Transcendence a base line ability and allow not to use 30 centering stacks just remove the cleanse effect and you've balanced this ability.
  4. I'm going to make a proper feedback post later down the line, but I read some of the comments on here and think God people can cry, the changes generally aren't that bad and its so clear people don't actually listen to what BW say, this is suppose to be a basic outlook, abilities will be missing if they don't want them tested. Its why they added stun breaker and interrupt back in because people can't read and cried so hard about not having a full bar. They just want certain abilities and passives testing. THIS ISNT THE FULL LOADOUT. Yes we are locked in with the abilities at the moment so it does look like your abilities are halved, but when they open the UI you can pick all the abilities back if you so want. YES we are going to be down two defensive cooldowns but people don't seem to be acknowledging that BW really want to work on scaling Operations correctly so we don't need as many, and what's to stop you from picking certain defensives for certain fights. Personally I can only think of 1 or 2 operation boss's I use blade blitz as a Sentinel as an effective cooldown, you can live without it. Maybe they want to add new abilities in aswell but don't wanna spoil it till later down the line ? Has anyone thought about that ? A lot of you are getting worked up for smallest of things in my opinion, its like watching candy getting taken away from a toddler.
  5. So I have never played Guardian dps so haven't bothered testing but have tried both Guardian Tank builds in flashpoints and on planets, reading a lot of comments on the forum I do personally feel people are over reacting slightly or haven't read BW initial post. I do think that we should have received a breakdown of ability path for each discipline as it was extremely hard to work out what each one was for Tanking builds. I don't think ability paths are a bad idea in general but since we are so restricted and limited, not being able to pick our own path has probably thrown a lot of people off. Removing abilities has scared a lot of people but maybe its to make way for new abilities not ready for release? I have answered the questions below. Please answer the following questions: Does this feel like a Jedi Guardian? Please explain why or why not. Tanking wise, this still feels like a Guardian but very restricted to melee range, its hard to fully compare to a Guardian on live server since its not possible to tank an Operation but in flashpoints. Didn't have an issue surviving on either builds but struggled to tank adds which spawned on multiple sides due to only having Force leap as a closer and no saber throw or blade blitz, Its doable but extremely slow Also missing abilities but will make a list below Is there anything that feels missing or out of place in the combat rotation? Some abilities seem to be missing that I don't believe were options on the ability paths: Stun Break Interrupt Disptach Force Clarity I think because these abilities are missing it makes the ability dumbing down look worse than it actually is, with these added in I don't think it would seem that bad. Build A This Build I actually enjoyed, it felt a lot more powerful for a Guardian and I could keep aggro easy without using taunts at all. New Blade Burst was a big improvement for the class although currently bugged ( was pulling mobs up to 75m infront of me) and do think passives are an upgrade for the class in areas it was struggling on Live , like aoe add control. I didn't actually notice the difference when not having enure equipped, wasn't taking huge amounts of damage and if needed focused defence was more than enough but can't say if it would be a massive hinderance in progression ops , all depends if scaling is done correctly. Major negatives was the class felt so limited and slow due to missing blade blitz and saber throw, if these are going to be optional abilities then I would recommend putting some sort of speed increase as getting to adds after using using Force leap is just stupidly slow and you'd never keep aggro of ranged dps. Also it felt kinda wrong not having saber throw as an opener, its a waste using a taunt to start the fight and again if you use leap and then another mechanic happens your just far to slow to respond. Build B This Build was harder to test due to some abilities that went with the path weren't made available (Dispatch is one), was still a strong build and had some great passive defences and felt very similar to a Guardian on Live now if not stronger. I didn't actually need to use enure at all in flashpoints, didn't even use it once. Survivability was easy and again focused defence was more than enough but can't speak for progression Negatives are the same as previous build. What are your initial thoughts with the effectiveness of the Jedi Guardian against enemies? Tanking effectiveness is still pretty high and can do their job as a tank but restrictions to full melee range and move ability equal to 0 , you'd heavily if not fully have to rely on team members in fast paced environments or you just wouldn't be taken as this class Touching on some points other people have mentioned on the forum Loss of Abilities I feel like the way progression ops are scaled atm , a lot of people feel they need every ability given to them especially defensives. If content gets scaled correctly and not all abilities are needed then its more suggestable for people to understand Again I don't think its as bad as people are making out, although it seems like you are making us have multiple load outs for a certain discipline depending on what sort of bosses you are doing , if this is the intention then fair enough. Not picking your own ability path aswell has put a sour taste in a lot of peoples mouths. PvP based Kinda like the idea people don't have so much survivability and cooldowns, a lot of matches get boring as no one dies.

  7. Hey, The title pretty much explains it , DM me on discord Teloo#6341
  8. I hated double xp, it ruins the game, i know people are on about how you hate leveling but it takes all the fun and story out of it, so i hope they dont do another one for atleast 8 months
  9. When the servers go down will it be 1am GTM or 2am BST??
  10. Why are there so many threads about this ... no offence but i don't think Bio-ware will change their mind
  11. No because they would have to add it to people who are on early access as well, just because we have early access doesnt mean we are on a different server we will still be in the game, i have early access and i want to listen and watch the story on makeb and im sure many others do
  12. Nothing, the game will be the same in till April 14th
