The entry used to have a tent in which there was a little sign where you picked up "Taris and Nonhumans", at approx coordinates (-611,-139) in the Republic instance.

The whole tent went missing in a recent update, along with the little sign - and consequently, the lore entry.

Please fix.

It's not a bug. There was a change in March.

Missions + NPCs

• Fixed the following issues in the Republic’s Mission “Legacy of Death” on Taris:
  
  • The Mission will now correctly appear as a Standard Mission instead of an Exploration one.

• The Mission giver NPC, Doctor Synoda, has been moved to his intended location closer to the taxi location at Waypoint Station Aurek.

Doctor Synoda is at X:-657 Y:37 Z:-129 and the sign for codex is at X:-655 Y:36 Z:-129.
