November Cartel Coin Stipend

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone out there knew how BW was handling rewarding the November Subscriber Stipend. Last night a few of my guildies were rewarded their 500 coins, but from what I've been hearing, and reading on the forums is that many people have not. Despite the amount of people with the same, or similar problems, I have yet to see a response from BW that explains Novembers Stipend. Word is that if your subscription renewed after the launch of F2P, then you will be getting Coins, but if, like me, your subscription renewed a few days before F2P you will not. This is disappointing to hear, because I paid good money in the from of a Game Time Card, to play this game, and I expect BW to deliver the content I pay for.

As I said, I have spent a good deal of time reading posts on the forums about people missing Cartel Coins, but nobody that I could see has cleared up how the monthly stipend will be handled. If anyone has any information, please feel free to share.

My understanding was that the cartel coins awarded to subscribers at the launch of F2P this month was in lieu of the monthly 500 CC bump. Look for your next paycheck in December.

My billing day is the 12th of each month, and I received 500 coins last night as well?

I thought the same, but that isn't the case. A lot of people have recieved their cartel coin monthly already and I was worried because I didn't get mine yet. But I just got my 550 this morning. So now I have my 100 from Security and my monthly.

Actually no....if you are subbed then you should have your stipend for this month. I called Cs and got mine for this month,don't have to wait til December.
So if you haven't gotten yours you might have to call CS and get it sorted out.

Yes, I had assumed this also, until I started hearing people getting an extra 500 for the monthly stipend.

If I have to "wait for December" I will be severely tee'd off.

How long did you spend on the phone? I've been hearing Customer Service is really bogged down with all the calls the last few days.

Calling CS from Finland costs like 40e so yeah, Not gonna happen. If it's not sorted by the next billing date then byebye.

Yeah man took 3 plus hours..but it might be lower wait time now. All I can say is if you want your stipend call, don't submit a ticket because you will just get an automated response, and most likely it will tell you to call CS.

Greetings! Here is what happened with my monthly stipend: my billing date was on 11/16/2016 (recurring one month subscription plan), the transaction was closed on 11/17/2012 ( i use paypal ) and my cc stipend came today, 11/21/2012, just few minutes ago. Considering that there was a sunday between the billing date and when the stipend came, i'm satisfied with the outcome at the end. I hope to have been of any help.
