Dark side Jedi powers, light side Sith powers and force sensitives

Wouldn't it be fun to be able to play a jedi who is able to perform a force lightning attack?

Let's say you have a dark side jedi sage or shadow: you run around with a red lightsaber and cast telekinetic throw...

Now, that is something I think Bioware should work on. I am aware of the 'legacy abilities' you get when you level a character to 50. I love the idea of it, but I'm really disappointed how Bioware put restrictions on them, making them only useable when 'Heroic moment' is activated. In my point of view you should be able to use them any time at all, consequently they can't be that powerful. It had been such a cool feature in customizing your character to play a 'fallen' jedi who can force lightning and force choke, or something like that.

I have an idea how Bioware can do this, and how I had wanted it.

I'll use the sage's talent trees as an example: There will be three different dark side force powers in each of the three trees. In the 'Telekinesis' tree there is some sort of force lightning power, in 'Balance' there will be force choke and lastly the 'Seer' tree there is a drain life power.

Now these powers will not be available at once, but maybe at legacy level 15 or something and requires to be purchased in the 'legacy window' to unlock it. Force lightning is maybe at tier IV, drain life at the last tier and choke at tier V maybe. The same goes for sith but light side power instead, of course.

Now, force sensitive non-lightsaber-wielding classes I haven't thought as much of, but I think the powers in their trees should be less controlled powers, such as 'Force wave' or 'Overload'. And you can mix the dark and light side powers up. Let's say you play a trooper vanguard and in the 'Assault specialist' tree you may have force wave, in 'Tactics' you have the inquisitor's 'Shock'.

These are only ideas I'd like to share with you. Please tell me what you think, and maybe we can convince Bioware into featuring something like this into a future patch or expansion.

legacy abilitys are fine the way they are and dont need to rework the class trees.

using JC/SI as an example why not make the abilitys allignment restricted instead of faction.

i currently have a lvl 46 light side jedi sage they keep the same abilitys they normaly would, but lets say i decide to go down the dark side, since all the abilitys are just mirriors of each other the farther down the dark side i go the more of my abilitys would change to thier mirriored versions.

edit: oh yea and there is no reason for a trooper to have force wave. not only would giving abilitys from one class to another unbalance pvp but it would look stupid. and thats the point of the legacy abilitys being tied to heroic moment so they cant be used in pvp.

I like the current system, i'd rather just have the legacy abilities not requiring the heroic moment to be able to be activated. Just have them not able to be used in warzones or operations in order to not upset PVP balance (the "hardcore" whine enough already, best not to make them explode). As it is now having these abilities is pointless as i have to pop my heroic moment when i just want to use my ability.
