For making cosmetic items (armour-for-looks, weapons-for-looks, crystals, dyes, etc.) and e.g. previous max-tier BioChem reusables, it might be, except that there isn't anything *new* there either. Color crystals are too, technically, though that’s been the case for years. Dye modules are still viable. With outfit designer and weapons being part of outfit designer, there is an expanded variety of weapons you could use for appearance sake, which strictly speaking is “new” for 7.0.2 though the crafted Armstech weapons themselves are very old.
