I found the green helmet at 47 he was talking about. I like it

 

I see they actually occur at different levels, with different names, I have two now and they are green gear. A level 47 and a level 51. There could be more I assume too, at other levels.

It has has a more narrow T-visor, like the helmet from Yavin and Ziost (they have the mutton chop things) but the colors are different from those. Green version is called Heavy Exoskeletal Headguard (lvl 510, Rehsalva ArmsFrasium Headguard (lvl 47), Wandrau Arms Zal Alloy headguard (lvl 45).

 

The same thnner cross-part of the visor, withou the mutton chop things, is level 34 RD-15a Mercenary helmet, TH-15a Corpsman Helmet. These are orange and purple grade.

 

The hellfire has the wider cross T part, and I found 2 with that same wider cross T part, but also with the mutton chop things. TT-17a Elite Vanguard Helmet, TT-17a Elite War Medic Helmet. These are purple artifact shells.

 

I am thinking there are likely to be many versions out there, with differenet names.

 

Also, you know the helmets in the video that are the Boba Fett prototype? I found photos on the internet. I see Boba is even using a blaster pistol like in swtor and not the EE-3 carbine.

Not bad, but I definitely would have chosen a helmet that actually looks like Fett's!

 

But now, the real trick is... how do we make a reasonable facsimile of his newly refurbished armor suit as seen in The Mandalorian?

I was hoping his appearances in Season 2 of The Mandalorian and Season 1 of The Book of Boba Fett would have breathed new life into this thread, but apparently my hope was in vain.

Awesome, thanks!  The helmet shown does not appear to be the helmet in the Avatar Pic, but that should be simple enough to find.  There's so many Mando helmets in the game, I'm sure I'll find it eventually!  The hardest part for seeking them out in the Galactic Trade Broker is that they don't all have the word Mandalorian in their name. 🤦‍♂️

It doesn't have those "dangly" things on either side of the "face" that make the helmet look like it's got a fashionable woman's hairdo (which is why I put that helmet on Mako, lol!)

FOUND IT!  It's available from the Imperial Fleet Adaptive Armor Vendor, it's the RD-17A set's helmet.

Found some more recent Boba Fett costumes for inspiration.  Gonna make Boba's outfit as a "Halloween Costume" for one of my characters, so these are reference for myself, and anyone else that wants to make him:

Right then, let's try this!  Here's what I've got so far for Modern Boba Fett (i.e. Refurbished Armor from The Mandalorian Season 2.)

The "recipe" as it were:

HEAD: Infamous Bounty Hunter, Dark Green & Deep Red Dye
CHEST: Ri'Kan's Chestguard, Woodland Green & Yellow Dye
WRIST: Infamous Bounty Hunter, Stock Color
HANDS: Infamous Bounty Hunter, Stock Color
WAIST: Imperial Field Agent, Guardian Bronze & Dark Blue Dye (Only the Bronze shows up on the buckle.)
LEGS: Ri'Kan's Greaves, Light Orange Primary Dye
FEET: Desert Weapons Master, Emperor's Hand Light Gray & Dark Gray Dye (Only the secondary color shows up.)
WEAPON: Since my Bounty Hunter is a Powertech, he's stuck using a single pistol at the moment until I take the time to go through Secondary Combat Styles and pick one. So right now I'm using the pistol that's "Inspired By" Boba Fett's Rifle. 

Planned changes:
--Wrists switched to Mandalorian Nomad when I buy them, they're a bit closer match to Boba's.
--Boots changed to Carth Onasi's if/when I can obtain them from the GTN (or the Cartel Marketplace if the Powers That Be decide to make the outfit available again.)
--Legs will be changed to Freelance Hunter, I think it's called, if/when I obtain Carth Onasi's Boots.

One thing I like about this in-game version, versus the actual real costume in the shows: He actually still has his codpiece armor!  What the heck happened to it? The shows have so far not revealed its fate! 🤔

Thank you, my attention to detail when recreating Iconic Character Outfits is something that involves a lot of time spent researching the outfit in question, and then researching the available in-game styles to find the right options.  At the end of the day, I'm just trying to satisfy my own perfectionist tendencies, so I'm glad when others like the results as well. 😊

The main way this could be better is if the Devs would have built a Mandalorian Jetpack into the Chest Style! They let us down big time here on that one (but I'm 99% certain the reason is the Twi'lek Head Tails built into the Helmet.)

So, I did the only thing I could do: His Mount is the closest one to Boba Fett's Jetpack that the game has to offer, even though the coloring's all wrong:
