i lf a modifieable focus with purple color under or lvl 55. it must be a focus not belong to the world boss focus serie so my question is if smd knows npcs that drop purple items specialy focuses ?

A moddable item takes on the colour of it's mods.

 

So, you can buy the cheap moddable focus from the adaptive armor vendor, and just put mods into it. The green mods from the fleet vendors are fine for levelling. If you really must have purple mods then try the GTN, there might be some crafters selling the lower tier mods.

 

*a focus is an invisible piece of gear, so there is no reason not to use the cheapest (600credits) moddable one you can get.

As above - is there some particular reason you want a purple Focus?

Just get a basic "orange" moddable focus from the gear vendor on the fleet and fill it with green mods from the fleet and a crystal.

The color of a focus is based on the armoring inside it. So the blue one from fleet (adaptive armor vendor, as already mentioned in thread) is blue because the armoring is blue. You can put a purple armoring into it to make it purple.
