Khaleijo Posted January 14, 2022 Share Posted January 14, 2022 (edited) Make sure that you haven't joined an operations/raid group yet, since there is a small conversation sequence involved with getting the quest that only works if you are not grouped at all or at most in a normal 4-player group that can do quests together. Just like you can't enter quest phases while being in an operations group, the conversation is blocked.
