I bought a Stormwatch tactical from the vendor on the Galactic Fleet. I thought there was to be a gust from above(?) after it is applied by Telekinetic Gust and the target collects damage by Weaken MInd, Turbulence or mind Crush. I currently see nothing, no sound no graphic that I notice. What should I be looking for????
