Mezoso
Aways give them a longer estimated time for the work, then you look better when you finish it in less time. Edited July 15, 2013 by Mezoso
Luckygunslinger
4 hours for that? Lol. Would you rather they not patch the game at all? :/
sepulhead
Would you rather they not patch the game at all? :/ i would like it if they do maintenance at nighttime not primetime.
leene
4 hours for that? Lol. Had the same thought but maybe it's an overestimation so that they don't have to prolong again.

Jandi
/facepalm Don't you people realize that it's not the size of the patch but the required steps the techs need to do to bring them down and back up again safely? Do you seriously think shutting the servers down and bringing them up again is as simple as your PC? Seriously?
Cornughon
Awaiting for the people to say its too late/early about timezones... You should pay attention then : i would like it if they do maintenance at nighttime not primetime.

Tsillah
Yes, they do. But they are trolling so just ignore them. Nobody could be that dumb. I wouldn't be so sure. What people also seem to miss is that it's not just a patch but also maintenance that they do. And they of course want to test stability before they let the servers go live again etc.
DataBeaver
Aways give them a longer estimated time for the work, then you look better when you finish it in less time. Sadly, by the recent track record, the downtime is likely to last five to six hours instead of the announced four.
