Okay so I've played the pts today and again they're not letting us actually test anything so we have zero perspective as to what 7.0 actually is. But as to the actual changes it's mainly in the passives. Combat looks like it's getting a buff to the armor pen which is great, concentration from what I've read is better force managment which I've never seen a complaint about and watchman is getting a buff to their dots.

Nothong about these changes are bad again....please let us actually test things. The date for the xpac to drop is around christmas. So we have 4 more classes to cover in 5 months assuming you guys aren't planning to push it back not counting the imperial sides testing. Then there's the actual testing of changing your combat styles on your own without preset builds. We're gonna be getting like 1 class a month at this rate so I don't see them dropping this by their deadline.
