Ever since the update, the launcher's "PLAY" button is un-clickable unless I restart my computer. Every single time I launch the game, this happens. I never had this problem before.

could be antivirus / firewall ? play button only lights up after patch run , if it only works once until a comp restart something like av could be locking the files
