Tvaigr Posted August 13, 2021 Share Posted August 13, 2021 encountered the same issue, talking to him through the dialog multiple times didn't "finish" the quest, what you'll need to do is run around the hangar where he's at a little and have the cutscene auto trigger before you talk to him as usual and it should then complete. at least that's what worked for me!
