demotivator Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 (edited) Is The Specialists heroic (imp side on Makeb) bugged? I have killed the first champions, the droid, the spy and the fallen jedi now it is asking me to sabotage the lift controls but I can't interact with the console. I have reset the mission and same deal. Also I have done this heroic in the past and I remember killing the sav-rak champion before moving to the Ratcatcher but it seems the quest directly skips to the Ratcatcher. I can't remember the name off hand, but it's the one where you shoot the missiles, not the For the Record one. I have a feeling Makeb is bugged... The lift controls were still unclickable. But, then I changed instances - and vu a la, it works just fine in instance 2. But, then I changed instances - and vu a la, it works just fine in instance 2. Hope that helps. Always has been a workaround with that kind of issue (like the bugged tree on Rishi a few weeks ago). Some servers no longer have the population to open a second instance of Makeb so it's waiting for a server maintenance if you can get in before it bugs out again. I've got to the point where you have to sabotage the short range fighter but it appears to have already been sabotaged and isn't resetting. (I've been standing on it, out of range of the Jedi and Sith who are guarding it - they respawned ages ago - for a good twenty minutes now.) AshlaBoga Posted April 1, 2015 Share Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) The Area 2+ on Makeb bug is especially annoying - the one where the Hover Tank is invisible and you can't progress your mission. It's caused by someone starting the fight against the Big Hover Tank and then failing, so it's really the fault of the baddies on your server:p Just kidding, really this bug should be fixed by now since we even know what causes it. Interestingly, I have now encountered unclickable objects in this mission with both my agents, several years apart, but have never had any problem with any other classes.
