Hello, I accidentally deleted a cartel item before adding it to collections (some alternate head). I just got back and forgot about the collection system - is there a way to get it back if I make a ticket?

It certainly doesn't hurt to try. Be as specific about the item, character/server and time as you can and keep your request polite. In my experience if you are civil and don't abuse the support system to undo similar accidents constantly, there is a good chance they'll help you with a smile.
