It is reasonable to infer then, that the Galactic Year is broken into two 5 month seasons separated by 2 inter-calculary seasons that are 1 month long e.g. Galactic Season 1>Pumpkin Spice Season>Galactic Season 2>???? What then, is the second inter-calculary month following GS2? But then I realized that the OP is labeling the inter-season, so that might be late Spring/early summer, in which case the relevant flavor could be Peach.
