So at level 23 for madness/balance sorcs/sages you get a utility option that heals you for 1% of your health every time a deathmark is consumed. Now I have tested this and there seems to be an internal timer (of about 2-3 secs) on the healing you can receive which the utility doesn't mention (even though your target is consuming deathmarks rapidly you only see one heal of 1% every 2-3 seconds as opposed to what is supposed to be multiple heals like you see with your static barrier that heals you for 1% health per second).

If this is a bug please fix it so we can get the correct amount of healing, otherwise please mention the internal timer on the utility because its a big deal.
