My daughter and a friend both have tried to change their email and haven't received the verification email to complete the switch.. my friend tried to do it.. i think about a week, ago.. my daughter, today.

they have a free acct. and a preferred status account, respectively.

thanks to the email verifications NOT showing up.. my daughter is unable to log in b/c the one time password email never arrives... (neither to her previous email - current one listed, nor to the new email she's trying to change it to)

BUT, my daughter had to change her password, today and that email with the link to reset it, went through to her currently listed email.. b4 she tried to change to her new email. (she no longer uses the currently listed one --> Old email) So, rt now.. she's not receiving any emails to either email account.

What's going on? Where are the verification emails?
