yes, in 7.0 you can choose to be a Sith Warrior for the story and then chose the inquisitor to be your combat style (aka class). so yes, the emperor's wrath can be an inquisitor (or assassin). and if you achieve light side alignment, you could be a sage.

Specifically, once one of your characters has reached Light V, all your Sith have the option to use Jedi combat styles, and the same applies in the other direction: reach Dark V on one character, and all your Jedi get the option to use Sith combat styles.

 

Note: when I say "your Sith" and "your Jedi" above, I mean "your characters that are following Sith or Jedi *stories*.
