Hey all, I'm leveling a Gunnery Commando and have an odd issue. Sometimes it seems like my Vortex Bolt will hit but do no damage despite seeing the attack hit and seeing a number float up over their head--maybe 25% of the time. About 5% of the time, it doesn't even proc the insta-cast Grav Round. Is this a known bug or is it maybe some sort of lag issue I'm running into? Thanks.

Sounds like you're missing due to lack of accuracy.
