Customer support ticket.

TBH, it depends on a few different factors. Are you talking about an in game ticket, is it game breaking, is it related to CC purchases, etc. Bad player report, etc/

 

If we knew what the ticket was (as long as it's not a ToS violation to talk about) we might be able to answer

Sadly, in game support has gone to hell at a 3rd party support company. So depending on your issue, you may get a nonsensical response in a week that doesn’t help or even have anything to do with your real issue.

 

Best advise if it’s account or CC related is to call CS on the phone. They seem to still be part of Bioware/EA and can help.

If it’s bug related, it’s better to post on the forums under the bug section.

It's all Indian based now and they are horrible

 

They don’t seem to understand the most basic tasks. Bioware would be better off using community support over these people. At least community support people have usually played the game. This support company has zero idea of what they are even supporting. Totally useless.

I have had recent problems with them and they are stupid and annoying the game is lacking so much now it's not quality anymore once they got the Indian support teams in bang it's gone it was good when it was based in Ireland.

The devs in general and also customer service absolutely lose direction of the game. The quality in general has been going down every year. Customer service right now is an absolute joke. Like literally they laughing at us, customers. Paying 15 dollars monthly for this support seems absolutely ridiculous to me, at this point. Edited by alasamaya

hello. I filed an in-game support ticket and nothing has been done. approximately how long does it take for a response and action, if your claim of whatever is wrong with the game is a legit claim.

The response time could differ depending on what your claim is. The type of issue being reported and the volume of queries the team has received can impact the response time. Please also note that choosing the correct category (bug or customer service) can also impact response time. Bug reports should be reported using /bug in-game to ensure that the inquiry goes to the appropriate team.
