Anyone know where/how to get this? It seems to be cartel market but i think it was taken down a long while back. Still available some how? Perhaps tied to the Dread Seed Armor quest line??

It's cartel market, so you just have to wait for it to be sold on the CM or buy it from a player on GTN. I don't think it's all that popular, so the credit price might be somewhat reasonable.

It's not tied to dread seed quest line. But it shows up every so often in the Cartel Market.

 

I have it, but it's legacy bound.

I stick it on some of my characters when they go thru Oricon.

I don't think it's linked to the time of year, and things go in and out of the SM on a strongly opaque basis.

That tuning was on sale some weeks ago. There is a nasty bug on CM that prevents some items to return after a flash sale. So, the price of that item will be very high.
