The Exarch in the Voss: Destroying the Star Fortress Heroic self-heals himself. I have tried to interrupt as many of his abilities as I can, but he still manages to self-heal. How do I know when he is about to heal and can I interrupt this?

I managed to solo all of the other Star Fortresses, but some reason the Voss Exarch is way more difficult than the others.

The cast you are looking for is Esne's Grace or Aivela's Grace or something like that. Yes, you can interrupt the cast. You have of course your interrupt, but remember there is also the interrupt grenade you can get from having your alliance specialists at rank 10 (I can't remember if its Hylo or Aygo that give the interrupt grenade, but its easy enough to have all four up to rank 10.) The Nar Shadaa Exarch also has a self heal which uses the other twin's name if I recall correctly. Between those interrupts and your companion at influence rank 50, you should be able to do enough dps to overcome the self heals you do not interrupt. If you happen to be on a healer class, you might find it useful to stack some accuracy rating because your interrupts can miss if you are not at 110% accuracy.
