JediQuaker Posted May 31, 2021 Share Posted May 31, 2021 There's an icon on your base gear and on each outfit that, when you click it brings up options to "hide head slot", "unify colors", etc. (I'm not ingame atm, so can't really describe the icon.) To make everything match your chestpiece, just select "unify colors". But each piece can be individually tied to the chest piece or not with a 'check box' type icon. This applies separately to the base armor and each outfit. That is, each outfit can be unified or not, individually. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You need this picture: https://i.imgur.com/GjLAC8I.jpg Arrow 1 indicates the "show me my real gear" button. Arrow 2 indicates the button that activates (tells your character to use) the currently-shown thing as the active appearance. If it is already the active appearance, the button is dimmed and says "Active". Arrow 3 indicates the current active visual slot (note the highlight).
