Vulcada
Add an option to the Class Skill Trainers (could be specific to the ones on Fleet) to choose how to play a class. Simplified: Legacy of Sith reworked loadouts/abilities/passives. Could be default for players who have never played the class/discipline. Advanced: Disciplines/abilities/utilities as they currently exist. Would serve to keep players who prefer the current rotations. This would solve most issues people seem to have on either side. The rest could be thought about more over time and solved through patches later.

The other problem you're going to have is that certain people would complain "but they're getting more abilities than I am, it's not fair." The other complaint would be "they can do more damage than we can because they have more powers than we do." The complaining would never end by the folks demanding abilities be pruned, all 3 people that is. The other problem is how they would balance around the 2 competing models. While it can be made to function, it wouldn't be practical in practice. Simplest solution is for them to leave it alone and bring content up to meet the players.
