I know there are people who want to try and skip "trash" in these missions. The enemies that are scattered everywhere and don't really do much besides make it take longer for you to get to the bosses. People also might try to skip certain bosses. This is usually because trash and mini bosses don't give good loot. Most people are trying to get to the end so they can get the good stuff as quickly as possible.

My suggestion is for the trash to drop a piece of gear that the end boss would drop. Give it a 1% chance that a trash enemy could drop a boss item. If by the end of the mission you haven't received a piece then killing the last trash enemy will guarantee you receive a piece. So even if RNG isn't on their side, they will still get a reward for killing all the enemies. And, it opens up for RNG to be on their side and give them one or two pieces.

Mini bosses should guarantee to give either half of what the end boss gives or at the very least one piece.
