Nobody wants to join the new guild me and a few of my friends made and recommendations on how to advertise if you have the time.

As a new guild, you're unappealing for experienced players who want to join a guild that will do well in Conquest, because your guild is *small* as well. Being new, the guild is low-level, and probably hasn't had time to open interesting stuff, notably a bank, a flagship, a stronghold (so get cracking on those!), and access to substantial quantities of perks (which require a flagship).

 

That is, it's not the guild itself that's a problem, but its newness.
