I was expecting for them to tell me to /stuck and just wait it out, but instead they kindly ran me through all the mechanics, taught me almost everything there is to know about the fight. They were very patient and kind, and we ended up doing a flawless run in the end. Great deal for the price you pay, both the item AND the know-how. I recommend them to anyone!
