Hi everyone, was hoping someone might be able to help me with a question.

 

I recently just go back into SWTOR sand decided to use some Cartel Coins to buy the unlock for the Nautolan species. I spent my coins and claimed it in game but when I logged back out to make a Nautolan character I was unable to and the game claimed it was still locked.

 

Is there a lag time between purchase and then use? Or am I missing a step here?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Firstly you must go onto the character you purchased it on. Then look in your inventory and claim it and then you can create the character you want to make.

That is, when you bought the unlock it should come as a token in your inventory. Right-click the token to 'use' it and unlock the species.
