foxxycandy Posted November 10, 2017 Share Posted November 10, 2017 When servers merge, there are always some awkward moments. Some guilds get lost in the process -- others have to change their name. But most of all, there is usually an influx of new or returning players, all of which will lack in a guild. In order to accommodate the upcoming changes in the server and the community, there will be a post-merge "guild fair" on November 11th, at 3:00 PM EST - 7:00 PM EST. Guilds will be allowed to bring their guild master, 1 co-GM (if applies), and 2 officers each, to the guild fair. You will be allowed to make an advertisement in /yell chat every 5 minutes in order to avoid spam. Each guild will be given a "table" to stand at, so if a guildless person physically approaches you, you are given a warm environment to talk to them in further detail about your guild. The Empire guild fair will be on a publicly-posted flagship named The Event Horizon. The Republic guild fair will be on a publicly-posted flagship named King's Fall. Both will be on the COMMAND DECK.
