mike_carton Posted February 17, 2021 Share Posted February 17, 2021 (edited) You were doing some phased (instanced) activity and exited without completing it. A flashpoint or something like that. You can look through your mission log to see what that might be and decide if you want to finish it. If not, you can right-click your portrait to bring up a menu which should have an item labelled “Phase.” Hovering over that should offer an option to reset active phases.
