Theoretically, yes. Practically probably not at this point. There are only 74 points available each week so if you don't do any of the weeklies you lose 24 points. If you started week 1, you needed to average 38-40 points per week to hit 800 by the end. If you get all PVE Dailies every day you could conceivably get to the end with 1100 points (6 points per day for 7 days and 8 for logging in 4 days per week). However, there are a number of Daily PVE POs that are broken (3-4 at last count I believe) that require either extensive workarounds or are uncompleteable. Also, the PO "randomization" is skewed towards PVP content (GSF and Warzones) and also is further skewed if you have not played much PVP in the past month. You can pretty much count on getting 2-3 days a week where both Daily POs are one of the PVP modes which means if you don't do them, the best you can do is 3 points for that day with a good reroll (that would cut you weekly total for Dailies from 50 to 41), which puts you right on the edge if you have been doing GS from the start. (about 100 points extra assuming you are playing 7 days a week). If you are not doing PVP (GSF or WZs) or weeklies (which are most often PVP or WZs) at this point, you probably will not make it to the end of GS without buying levels (and the last 5 levels can only be bought with CCs)
