GoodDoggo Posted July 7, 2021 Share Posted July 7, 2021 Hello I wanted to make a ticket for customer support, and it seems like i can only do that ingame. But if I'm on the main menu and click on the ''?'' button, it opens the window but it's all blank with a Yellow button saying ''undefined'' in the middel that that goes away if I click on it, and then im left with a window where I can only click ''Report bug'' or close the window Any idea how to fix this? Our team is aware of this bug. For visibility, I'm adding this bug to the Game Update 6.3.1 - Known Issues list: An "undefined" button is displayed in the in-game help portal in the Character Selection screen preventing players from creating a ticket in this window.
