This. Though they did work after the reset. I was able to use some emp tokens. But after some time, none are working, not even the pvp instances - this is on satele shan server at least imp side. Unknown about other servers.

The Crafting fix did not apply. I still have characters that once were 700/700 in all skills that are sitting at 2 or 3 of the skills are 600/600. Edited July 16, 2020 by WarCan

Thank you for the different reports concerning the Nar Shaddaa Nightlife bugs.

 

Here is the list of all the bugs our team is currently working on:

• Some players can be kicked out from their conversation by other players who choose the fighting option in the "Counterfeit Tokens - Mek-Sha" Mission.
  
• [imperial side] The "Red Zone" map from the "Counterfeit Tokens - Mek-Sha" Mission displays incorrect information.
  
• There is no reward attached to the email sent by Yan Pengu when completing the "Counterfeit Tokens - Mek-Sha" Mission.
  
• A wrong error message is displayed when there is no target selected when using the Mission item to complete the "Buy In, Sell Out" Mission.
  
• The NPC to complete the step "Travel to Marked Site" from the "Counterfeit Tokens - Nar Shaddaa" Mission is not visible.
  
• Some Emperor's Grace Slot machines can display being stuck in a winning state, preventing players from interacting with them.
  
• Some Kingpin Slot machines are not interactable.

Yan Pengu's aren't the only mails that have no reward attached. I believe he's on just one side. The other side, the guy's name begins with an R and his mails don't have rewards attached, either.

Still bugged even after the patch. Nice.

Definitely not the best solution, but think we can get a daily restart on the server so the emperor machines reset at least?

this is honestly sad, i came back after 6 months wanting to just enjoy the casino, just to find out even that isn't playable. which means its only got worse since.

I haven't found an Emporer's slot machine that works on Republic side.

Same cr*p at Darth Malgus. Machines have worked after maintenance, but a lot of ppl wanted to use and 10-15 ppl when clicking in same time - machine wents to unworkable mod. So, in 1 hour all the Emperor's machines was broken. I don't understand what the problem to make in game code the check 'If (machine is not clickable) > then reload it'.

Also quest Counterfeit Tokens: Nar Shaddaa not works, the NPC mobs that you need to speak after visiting the informant not spawns!

Emperor slot machines wouldnt be such big problem if there werent only THREE emps per instance, this causes people to spam the machine(if any machine is working) in order to use it before other ppl and the constant spamming causes the machine to bug out. seen it multiple times. honestly we have countless slot machine on meksha, nar shaddaa casino AND promenade too, but you only give us THREE emps per instance and only on Nar Shaddaa?

Ok guys, its one thing that the event is bugged. Unfortunate but happens.

But its another thing to not communicate about it. No ETA,, just silence. I think this is what feels so bad about it. And NS chat atm is certainly not a fun place to enjoy. And if you have no idea whats going on, then tell us at least that. Better then being just left in the dark with an unfun situation.

The Emperor slot machine nearest the taxi remained unclickable after server reboot, even when other ones worked (for awhile).

 

"Buy In, Sell Out" mission, "Advertise for Bugrep Rare Metals" -- This has broken the Gambler's Party Floor decoration for all strongholds. It now stops people from dancing after 6 seconds, which ruined it for roleplay.

 

"Boss Said Knock You Out" mission -- You only get credit for the people who leave willingly, not the ones you fight.

 

"Data Driven Sciences" mission -- After you're finished, when you take another mission, the special ability bar comes back.

 

C1-4W -- Okay not a bug, but seriously why isn't this guy a pet & deco?

So they are going to extend the event, allowing those who were luck enough to use their EG tokens and accumulate more. While those who didn't are S our of luck. I understand that these games are complex. But EA / BW solutions are inequitable. You have that problem, it would seem more reasonable to shut off the missions and vendors selling chips and fix the slot. Leave those open for people that have tokens so they can use them.

 

I also find that "closing tickets" so that I can read them doesn't logically follow, since that's never been the case before.

 

Really disappointing, and I now remember was the reason I quit so many years ago.

 

Oh, and one last comment, I know there's a pandemic, but there are tools and software that allow people to work remotely. Is this unavailable to EA / BW?

none of the post mission mailings have any rewards. both imp and Rep sides

just had an issue on mek-sha where the mobs didnt spawn till after someone else completed their mission.

You knew about this bug here but did nothing in Thursday's patch, meaning it's not possible to complete the Dubious Odds quest chain (you knew this quest chain could not be completed during PTS too )

If you are looking for Night Life event fixes needed to add to your list for the 28th, several of the missions involve engaging the Tough, Affable and Gullible customers. These give a button bar with extra abilities. However the button bar does not disappear on mission completion. Also, in the Advertise mission, you have to wait until the microphone interaction channel is complete to get a completion. For the dance floor, though, it’s an immediate completion.

I have a sneaking suspicion the Emperor machines are working as intended. Since they can give out a significant amount of kingpin chips and you never seem to lose (not that I have seen anyways), the drawback is you can only play so many times before you're cut off. Yesterday, 1/3 machines were working on one instance and I noticed the machine was flashing green at first but after a few spins, it became orange and then red. This could be like a battery ran out thing. And perhaps it takes a fair bit amount of time for it to get recharged.

 

I noticed all of these personally. [imperial side] The "Red Zone" map from the "Counterfeit Tokens - Mek-Sha" Mission displays incorrect information.

 

• There is no reward attached to the email sent by Ruvehnimaal when completing the "Counterfeit Tokens - Mek-Sha" Mission or the "Counterfeit Tokens - Nar Shaddaa" Mission. Both the emails "Old Reliable" and "A Regular Fixer" have nothing attached to them even though the message text indicates something is supposed to be.
  
• Some Kingpin Slot machines are not interactable.
  
• All Emperor's Grace Slot machines are not interactable.
  
• "Data Driven Sciences" mission -- After you're finished, when you take another mission, the special ability bar comes back.
  
• [imperial side] "Counterfeit Tokens - Nar Shaddaa" Mission can't be completed as the smuggler you're supposed to interact with doesn't appear.
