ceryxp
BitRaider is (more than) a bit problematic and can be very temperamental. Sometimes you need to give it a kick. This guide shows you how to ensure that the BitRaider service is running, which, if it gets interrupted, can cause problems when updating. While it specifically mentions AVG I've heard there can also be problems with Avast Antivirus. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/GUIDE-Launcher-Stuck-at-0-or-100-Complete/m-p/5282877#M28 Other times, you just have to force a client scan and repair. This link will show you how to do that. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/GUIDE-Client-Repair-Scan/m-p/6454174#M39 Lastly, if you want to eliminate BitRaider entirely this link has a guide that will show you how to switch from the streaming client to the non-streaming client. The non-streaming client doesn't suffer from the excess of problems that the streaming, BitRaider client does. If you do decide to switch clients it will involve a complete redownload of the game. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/Guide-How-to-Switch-to-Non-Streaming-Launcher/m-p/4867417#M27
