So i just popped on my Sage and opened her conquest reward crate from last week , after logging in from the patch and three items came out of it per usual, an amplified pants, a mod and am implant... not of which i need my usual mo is either vendor or deconstruct when low on fragments.

However now in red it says "this item will permanently bind to you in 1 day, 11 hours and 40 something mins..."

So i thought neat y'all finally are letting us help others so went to list them on the gtn and a pop up appears "listening this item will...prevent it form being sold for the original perches price..." then gives you an option to click yes or no, i click yes and it wont' list and just goes back to innovatory...

Is this a bug or what? I'm honestly a little confused here...

Thanks for the report regarding the unbind timer.

What is the FIX for this?

Hopefully removing that timer or this is going to get crazy with the amount of scrap collected as each time you pick-up scrap a new timer is created and will NOT stack with the same/previous item type until AFTER the timer expires.
