While I'd love to see it (you're not the first person to ask), dyes are a big cash cow, they won't do that, as they'd lose out on the cc's.

There are also some dyes that players can craft so if they do that they are actually hurting some of the players that craft those dyes.

Play GS on multiple servers and earn a lot of CCs. Then wait for sales to buy them and it won't cost anymore money than your sub amount.

you can earn up to 20k in cc's per season (as things stand) which isn't too bad.

Why not everything - why only dyes. Make everything usable all the time by everyone. Give everyone unlimited everything as soon as they log in. 😂

When you go to the store and buy a bottle of RIT, how many shirts can you dye with that one bottle? Is it unlimited or just as many as that one bottle will do?

 

The same principle applies here. Try using dyes that are available through crafting instead. There are some that look just as good, if not better, than the cartel market ones, and they cost next to nothing to craft/purchase.
