MysticGryph Posted April 8, 2021 Share Posted April 8, 2021 The Tau Idair Mask is showing up with no texture and is bright pink on my character. It should be Med Grey/Med Grey. It shows the correct colour on the character sheet but on the actual character it is bright pink. THIS IS A CC ITEM AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED BY NOW! Our recommendation is to repair your game. Here is our EA article on how to do that: SW:TOR launcher troubleshooting guide. If you're using Steam, you need to check your file integrity (repair). danyren Posted April 9, 2021 Share Posted April 9, 2021 ive had the issues with broken, pink textures before with steam (albeit with different items). if you have steam, go into properties and repair the file integrity - that fixed it for me. Somehow the "texture" data (the picture of what colours go where) has gone missing, and repairing the files (the exact method depending on whether you have Steam, "classic"+SSN or "classic"+BitRaider) will fix it.
