One question I have. Why the official waiting times are false?. The reality shows us the real waiting time is more than 2 times the official one.

50 minutes waiting and I am 690 in queue. Started with a 1200 queue.

As I posted in other threads, this first step is following the same path SOE did in the past. The consequences of these actions are not seen inmediately. But when are seen, you cant do anything. The fail has started. But I still hope BW dont commit in the long terme the same errors as SOE. I really hope so. The saddest is to see that lessons from SOE's failure haven't been learnt.

It is not about facts, is about expectations. Frustrate the expectations, and you get it.

Frustration and Anger Increase in 29 minutes.

The Fall of SOE's Empire started just exactly this way. The same complaints, the same SOE's friends trying to justify them. Exactly the same. I know it takes time to see it fall. But it happens. One step after the other.
