long story short, defeated the first 2 bosses in dread palace and then two of our guys quit after that. so i decided to quit and wait on the fleet for a new group. waited a while and got a new group, when i tried to fast travel it wouldn't let me. then the leader in my group told me that because i defeated the first 2 bosses, i cant start from the beginning again for another week. even though i reset the mission. is this accurate? i need this mission for story progression and i cant do anything until it's back on ops next week?
