Ahoy gamers! Re-subbed last night and excited to get back into game. Looking to join an active guild, meet new players and have fun doing all the game has to offer. Love SW universe and prefer to play ranged DPS. I do already have a 70 Sorc and 75 BH plus a collection of little toons. I have mainly always played solo and never experienced all the game has to offer because of that. Not to date myself too badly, but SWG was my first MMO and had a great time playing that back in the day. Hello all, I’m a returning player, but never played this game seriously at all. I’ve resubbed and am bringing hopefully five new players to the game. I believe one had a sub at launch for a short time. Anyhow, considering we all live on the East coast, which of the two severs would you consider the best choice for brand new players looking to do it all (PvE, PvP, RP)? Thanks for taking a look and any positive feedback.

Newish player to the game here. (Played a Shadow at launch for a month) Returned to the game a few months ago. Started leveling an Assassin but changed my mind about half way to 60 and decided to play Sorcerer. Still have a lot to learn in the game and am still gearing up hitting the warzones almost every night. I was looking forward to gearing up and doing rateds. But should I be? From what I keep reading about rated play is that the community is very small, no pops, toxic attitudes, single faction games, cheese comps. Does it make sense to spend a lot of time gearing up, learning the game, practicing my class only to find no fun at the end game? I did make an alt character on the Harbinger server as I hear it is very active. My Mercenary is ~ 23 and I was going to look for a pvp-focused guild. Every time I had asked in general-Fleet-chat whom are the active PvP guilds? I'd get no response, or comments about it being a PVE server. Is 'The Harbinger' really the place to be for PvP? So that's my rant, thanks for reading. Don't take my questions as trollish - I thought I'd just poll the community as I'm on the fence about keeping my subscription active.
