In the planetary story you are supposed to kill a Lieutenant to gain access to the shuttle which takes you to Coldstone Canyon. In the PVE instance (Shae Vizla server- I was the only imperial character on the planet per "who") I killed about 15 of the lieutenants. I switched to PVP instance and it dropped first lieutenant I killed. Its broken in the PVE instance.

They drop out because of the length of these flashpoints. Most people seem to want shorter FPs for weekly conquest, etc. You can explore the longer ones when you do them solo, but running them with other people you want something quick. Like "spammer" station.

What is wierd about this is that after he supposedly gets a new holigram instead of Holiday, if you use him in any content afterwards (heroics, FPs, etc) Holiday is still the one that shows up, not the new one.
