You don't see a lot of it until Balmorra. If you need aluminum to advance your skill than you're ahead of the content and just need to progress.

Last I checked they did say that in-game.

Having the same issue. At first I thought there was a level restriction 'cause I was too low to use them when I tried to RE them. Now that I'm higher it just seems like a bug. Hopefully it's only the first tier and the higher tiers won't have this issue.

They are lying as much as the people who claim they pre-ordered in November and got in.

This thread used to be useful to see when pre-order codes were redeemed vs who got in. Now it's just mass teenage menstruation. For anyone that isn't here just to whine like a child: I redeemed July 31st and I'm not in today.
